Adam Magennis is a Bunurong Traditional Owner from Mornington Vic. His professional career includes bricklaying and stonemasonry, community development, park ranger, Heritage Archaeology, lecturing at Latrobe University’s Archeology department, Drug and Alcohol Care Recovery Worker, youth worker and is currently a PhD candidate in Archeology at Latrobe University, specialising in colonial brick architecture and Victorian coastal archeology. Adam is also the director of Kaptify Professional Art and Heritage Management Consultancy, which undertakes archaeological assessments, professional art and education projects.
Adams passions are geology, beach fossicking and trying to finish his man shed. He barracks for the Bombers.
